Our representatives will be in touch with you in two business days. Should they find the product to be faulty, The product will be exchanged. However, please note that you must make the complaint and return the product within one day of receiving the order to claim exchange.
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product or have had a change of heart, You will be offered the exchange option. Once the three-day time has lapsed, you won't be able to exchange the product.
